“ Returned in winter (December 2024) and again had a great meal, good service and reasonably priced. Had a great meal this evening in one of the hottest days of the year. Hats off to the chefs who stuck it out in the kitchen. We had 2 Seafood Platters and a couple of glasses of wine. Just what’s need after a stroll along Saundersfoot’s front beach. Highly recommended . ”
“ Great food, service and atmosphere. The food was delish!! The chips are thin homemade style chips and they are to die for!! The coleslaw also perfection!! My 2 x fussy girls ate every single bite of their food (very rare occurrence) one even said it was the best thing she’d eaten (cheesy chips) lol! The ladies serving us were sooooo nice and really helpful!! All round a lovely experience. ”

“ Went to Kookaba on a cold April evening, but it was still busy. The food was fabulous. I was in a party of 8, bit it still arrived in a timely manner. I had ostrich burger and a kangaroo burger, both well presented. Probably best book if you go in peak season or weekends. ”

“ Visited whilst on holiday and wanted to try something different. Don't let first impressions fool you; when we walked in I was worried that it'd just be like an average restaurant but the food was anything but average. Skippy skewers were a great way to try kangaroo, and the garlic prawns were delicious too! Steaks (Beef & Lamb) were cooked to perfection. The Oz Burger and Mixed Grill were a huge hit with the major meat lovers in our group. Desserts looked fantastic but we were full from starters & mains. ”
